Shipping is on us — there is no charge to ship your order. Ground shipping is included in the price of every item.
Ship It orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days of order confirmation and delivered within 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional charge.
We ship to addresses within the continental United States only. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or international destinations.
Show your order confirmation screen to one of our team members on-site and we will have your item ready for you. Our team is present throughout the event to help.

Once the carrier confirms delivery, we are unable to locate the package further. If you believe your package has been lost in transit before delivery confirmation, please contact us at pepsico.ignitors@adm-indicia.com and we will open a claim with UPS on your behalf.
